Each tray is 3D-printed to order. Minor surface variations, including tiny marks or bumps from high-temperature printing, are normal and don't affect the tray's structure, fit or function.
If you're ever unhappy with your tray or would like a replacement, email info@cargonautsupply.com. We'll make it right with a replacement at no charge.

What is Cargonaut Supply?
Cargonaut Supply is our online shop. It sells our own Squared Away trays along with gear from other makers that we have chosen to carry, and those products ship directly from the companies that make them.
What does Cargonaut make?
We make the Squared Away line of organizers for the Rivian R2: the Squared Away Console Tray, in 3-compartment and 5-compartment layouts, and the Squared Away Slide-Out Drawer Tray for the drawer beneath the console. You can also buy a console tray and the drawer tray together as the Console + Drawer Set.
Does Cargonaut make Rivian R2 accessories?
Yes. All of our Squared Away trays are made for the Rivian R2, and both console tray layouts fit every R2 trim.
What is the Squared Away Console Tray?
The Squared Away Console Tray is a drop-in organizer for the Rivian R2 center console. It keeps small items near the top of the console and lifts out when you need the storage below. It comes in a 3-compartment and a 5-compartment layout.
What is the Squared Away Slide-Out Drawer Tray?
The Slide-Out Drawer Tray is a drop-in organizer for the drawer beneath the R2 center console. It divides the drawer into three open sections, slides in and out with the drawer and lifts out for cleaning.
What accessories should a new Rivian R2 owner consider?

What is the best way to organize the Rivian R2 center console?
Keep the small things you use most near the top and larger items in the bin below. The 3-compartment console tray has three equal open sections, while the 5-compartment console tray has separate spaces for sunglasses, a pen, cards, cash and a multi-purpose slot, and both lift out when you need the bin. Do both console tray layouts fit every Rivian R2 trim?
Yes. Both layouts are designed specifically for the Rivian R2 and fit every R2 trim, and we designed them around measurements from a delivered 2027 R2. The two console trays differ only in how the space is divided.
Does it fit the R1T or R1S?
No. The R1T and R1S have differently shaped console cubbies, so these trays fit the R2 only.
Does the tray block storage underneath?
No. Both console trays lift out, so you can still reach the lower console bin whenever you need it.
Does it block the USB ports?
No. The USB ports remain usable, and cutouts at the front of each console tray let cables pass through.
Does it block the drawer?
No. The console drawer opens and closes normally with either console tray installed, and the Slide-Out Drawer Tray slides in and out with the drawer.
Does it block the pop-out cupholders?
No. The pop-out cupholders work normally with either console tray installed.
Does installation require tools?
No. The console tray drops into the angled console recess and rests there under gravity, and the drawer tray simply sits inside the drawer.
Does it use adhesive?
No. None of our trays need adhesive or hardware.
What is the tray made from?
Our trays are printed in PETG-CF, which is a carbon-fiber-filled PETG.
What is the difference between the 3-compartment and 5-compartment console trays?
The 3-compartment tray has three equal open sections that you can organize as you like, while the 5-compartment tray has separate spaces for sunglasses, a pen, cards, cash and a multi-purpose slot. Both are made for the R2, include cable cutouts and lift out for access to the storage below.
Is Cargonaut affiliated with Rivian?
No. Cargonaut is an independent maker and is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Rivian Automotive, Inc. The names Rivian and R2 are used only to identify vehicle compatibility.
How long does shipping take?
We ship trays daily, usually within 1–2 business days, by USPS Ground Advantage, and delivery typically takes another 3–5 business days. Standard U.S. tray shipping is a flat $5.99. Products from other makers ship directly from them on their own schedule and at their own rates. We ship within the United States only.
What if the tray does not fit my car?
If your tray does not fit, email us within 30 days of delivery for a refund. You are welcome to test the fit, and we ask that you return the tray clean, undamaged and in its original packaging. We cover return shipping for fit issues, and the full return policy has the details.
