rivian-r2-console-tray-3-compartment
Squared Away Console Tray for Rivian R2 – 3 Compartments

The Squared Away Console Tray in the 3-compartment layout is a drop-in organizer for the Rivian R2 center console. Its three equal sections keep small items near the top of the console, and the tray lifts out whenever you need something from the deeper bin.

For a new Rivian R2 owner who wants flexible everyday storage, this Cargonaut organizer provides three open sections instead of assigning a fixed place to each item.

What it holds

The three compartments leave room for different combinations of everyday items, which makes this layout a good choice if what you carry changes from day to day. A cable pass-through lets you keep a cable plugged in below the tray and charge your phone above it.

How it fits

The tray drops into the angled console recess and rests there under gravity, without tools, adhesive, hardware or trim removal. The lower bin, console drawer, USB ports and pop-out cupholders all remain usable while it is installed.

We designed it around measurements from a delivered 2027 R2. It fits every R2 trim but does not fit the R1T or R1S, and it is printed in PETG-CF, a carbon-fiber-filled PETG.

Choosing a layout

Both Squared Away Console Tray layouts fit the R2 equally well and differ only in how the space is divided. The 3-compartment tray suits drivers whose everyday items change, while the 5-compartment tray has its own spaces for sunglasses, a pen, cards, cash and a multi-purpose slot.

For the drawer below the console, the Slide-Out Drawer Tray keeps snacks and spare cables in place, and the Console + Drawer Set pairs it with either console tray.

Our comparison of the two layouts and R2 console guide explain the differences in more detail, and the tray FAQ covers fit and installation.
